1) Have a Nature Friendly Lifestyle.
Get good, healthy food. Whether it is grown organically or non-organically, at least, eat freshly cooked food !!! Say no to instant, fast foods. Make sure that your meal has enough carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Drink enough water. Keep yourself hydrated.
2) Exercise well.
Right kind of exercise and enjoyable one. Be it aerobics, dance, swimming, shuttle, gym, anything, but it should be an enjoyable one. Exercise is not a punishment. It is useful to the body only when it is enjoyed and cherished. When you are happy, substances called endorphins are released in the body, which are necessary for the well being of the individual.
3) Sleep well.
A sound mind is possible only when a person is relaxed and calm. It is important to have a good quality sleep. To achieve that avoid mobiles, laptop and other electronic equipments at least an hour prior to go to bed.
